We are working towards offering global shipping at the most cost effective price for our customers. 

Delivered items 

All orders sent by our company are provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery. Once packages are classified as delivered, customers are required to contact us or the logistics company within 48 hours if the package cannot be located.

Please note that we are not liable to investigate missing packages that are not reported within this time period. 

Our responsibility extends only during the transit of the package and up until it has been delivered undamaged to the address provided.

In the unfortunate event that items are stolen from the delivery address, this is considered a matter for the police.

Returns and Refund Instructions

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, and our return process is designed to be straightforward. Please take note of the following details:

Timeframe:

• You have a window of 7 days from the date you receive the items, to decide whether it's a good match.

Condition of Returned Items:

• To be eligible for a refund, ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in ALL of their original packaging.

• If you wish to initiate a return, kindly send us an email at [email protected] with "RETURN' in the subject line. Include your order details and provide reasons for the return. Please wait for us to provide you with the return address. Failure to send items back to the correct address may cause delays or make your refund void.  We suggest sending them back via tracked service to limit the chances of items going missing.

Shipping Fees:

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returns. Note that the original shipping fees from the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will proceed with the refund. Expect the refunded amount to be credited to your account within 10 working days. Please be aware that the actual processing time may vary depending on your bank.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DONATIONS MADE FROM PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE . In such cases you will be issued a  refund with the donation amount deducted.
