A: The cost of shipping depends on the area the item is being shipped to. Africa: £9.99 , UK:£3.99

I can't find my package, what should I do?
All orders sent by our company are provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery. Once packages are classified as delivered, customers are required to contact us or the logistics company within 48 hours if the package cannot be located.
Please note that we are not liable to investigate missing packages that are not reported within this time period.

Q: Why am I being charged to receive an item.
A: While customers very rarely need to pay any, please be advised that customers are responsible for any incurred customs fees in the destination country, where applicable. Items shipped within the UK usually arrive within 5 working days, but may take longer if being sent from an overseas warehouse. Q: When and how do donations go to FOCUS CONGO?
A: We are proud to contribute a portion of our proceeds from DRC merchandise, to support FOCUS CONGO's impactful initiatives. Specifically, a donation of £5 will be made for every DRC T-shirt sold.
Donations will be made on a monthly basis and customers will be sent a receipt of the donation made on their behalf via email , by the the first 7 days of the following month. Please do contact us if you haven't received your receipt of the donation made within this timeframe.
