Q: Where do we ship to?

A: We are working towards offering global shipping at the most cost effective price for our customers. at the moment, we offer shipping to the following locations:

Africa:

Angola, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt,  Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania Uganda and South Africa 

Europe:

UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain

Oceania:

Australia and New Zealand

The Americas:

 U.S and Canada

Q: How much is shipping?

A: The cost of  shipping depends on  the area the item is being shipped to. Africa: £9.99 , UK:£3.99  

EU: £6.99 The Americas and Oceania: £7.99

I can't find my package, what should I do?

All orders sent by our company are provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery. Once packages are classified as delivered, customers are required to contact us or the logistics company within 48 hours if the package cannot be located.

Please note that we are not liable to investigate missing packages that are not reported within this time period. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Q: Why am I being charged to receive an item.

A: While customers very rarely need to pay any, please be advised that customers are responsible for any incurred customs fees in the destination country, where applicable. These fees are assed by customs authorities and are separate from any shipping or handling fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?

A: We typically process orders within 1-3working days. Delivery times, however, may vary based on the location from which the goods are sent. We aim to have  items delivered within 10 working days (with the exception of orders being delivered to Africa  which may need up to 20 working days depending on the country).

Items shipped  within the UK usually arrive within 5 working days, but may take longer if being sent from an overseas warehouse.  Please note that while we strive to meet this timeline, customs processes and other logistical factors may occasionally lead to delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Q: Which size should I get?

A: Our size charts provide detailed measurements to ensure you choose the best fit. Please note that our Baby Tee shirts are form-fitting and have some stretch, so it's essential to consider this when selecting your size. To find your size, please refer to our size chart available on the product page. 

Q: When and how do donations go to FOCUS CONGO?

A: We are proud to contribute a portion of our proceeds from DRC merchandise, to support FOCUS CONGO's impactful initiatives. Specifically, a donation of £5 will be made for every DRC T-shirt sold.

Donations will be made on a monthly basis and customers will be sent a receipt of the donation made on their behalf via email , by the the first 7 days of the following month. Please do contact us if you haven't received your  receipt of the donation made within this timeframe. 

Donations are NON REFUNDABLE

Q: Do you offer refunds and Exchanges 

Customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery . We do not offer exchanges.
