General Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below:

Timeframe
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request and initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Bikini bottoms (for hygiene reasons)

  • Donations linked to purchases (refunds will be issued with the donation amount deducted)

  • Made to order items

We do not offer exchanges.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email contact@melesii.com with “RETURN +Order#” in the subject line. Please inform us of your reason for return and wait for confirmation and the correct return address before sending your item. Sending items to the wrong address or before notifying us may delay or void your refund. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days (depending on your bank).

Cancellations

Due to transaction fees, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Complimentary / Gifted Items

Where an order includes any complimentary, promotional, or gifted item, the free item must also be returned if the customer requests a return of the qualifying purchase.

If the complimentary item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its full retail value from any refund due.

Where the value of the complimentary item is equal to or greater than the refund amount otherwise due, no refund will be issued. In these circumstances, the customer may request to have their returned item sent back to them and will be responsible for the applicable return postage costs.


UK and EU online Customers – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from a country within the European Union/UK you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your order and return the goods. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, and must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene protections intact where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, including but not limited to pre-orders, made-to-order items, and custom products produced specifically for a customer. For hygiene reasons, we also reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not suitable for return once worn or opened where permitted by law.

Once your return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
