4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

5. Shipping

• Orders require 0–3 business days processing before dispatch.

• Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in all original packaging.

• Non-refundable items include:

  • Bikini bottoms (for hygiene reasons)

  • Donations linked to purchases (refunds will be issued with donation amount deducted)

• We do not offer exchanges.

• If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update. After this timeframe, we may not be able to assist, as packages marked “delivered” are considered fulfilled by the courier.

7. User-Generated Content

By tagging @officialmelesii on social media or using our branded hashtags, you grant us permission to repost, share, or feature your content (including photos, videos, and captions) on our social media pages, website, and marketing materials. We will always credit your social handle when possible. If you prefer we do not use your content, please contact us at contact@melesii.com and we will remove it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by and for Melesii, including our logos, designs, product photography, text, and website materials, are the property of Melesii. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control, including shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

• Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, we are not liable for loss or theft.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
